With experience in both in-house and private practice, she has advised clients across diverse industries including finance and investment, heavy industries, aviation, property development, pharmaceuticals, energy, and construction.

Her expertise encompasses corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, and the structuring of complex financing transactions. She has advised financial institutions and corporate borrowers on cross-border financing, Sukuk issuances, syndicated loan facilities, and sustainability-linked financing, ensuring compliance with Shariah principles and regulatory requirements. Her experience also extends to infrastructure financing, public-private partnerships, and corporate debt restructuring.

Having served as in-house counsel, she has overseen high-value transactions and strategic initiatives, advising on joint ventures, corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”), corporate governance, and government concessions.
