Denise is an Associate at D&P’s Disputes Practice Group. Her main areas of practice include civil and commercial litigation and general litigation. Denise has advised a diverse range of clients on general civil and corporate commercial disputes.
Denise has assisted in alternative dispute resolution in the construction industry such as arbitration and adjudication (under CIPAA) involving well-known property developers from diverse backgrounds, including initiating claims against main contractors and defending against claims by purchasers and sub-contractors.
Denise also has experience in corporate, real estate and banking transactions and was involved in the negotiation and preparation of transactional documents.
