Having worked on prominent cross-border transactions in Malaysia, Athira strives to provide innovative solutions for her clients, tackling legal issues with a combination of general corporate understanding and sector-specific knowledge.

Athira’s main areas of focus include mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and other aspects of Malaysian corporate and commercial law. She has worked with a large number of leading multinational corporations, both foreign and domestic, across key sectors such as financial services, logistics, telecommunication, manufacturing, e-commerce and retail.

Prior to joining D&P Law Group, Athira practised in the Corporate M&A team of a leading Malaysian law firm, ranked as Tier 1 by Legal 500, IFLR1000 and Asian Legal Business in Malaysia.
