Yau-Hei has provided in-depth advice to local and individual clients in a myriad of matters including regulatory compliance and licensing applications; advising on the Malaysian capital markets legal framework; attending to general corporate, commercial and tax-related queries; advising on tenancy and lease agreements; and assisting with due diligence exercises.
