Daniel is an Associate at D&P’s Dispute Practice Group. His main areas of practice include general litigation or commercial litigation matters, ranging from defamation, breach of commercial contract, misrepresentation, commercial tenancy disputes and family disputes.

Daniel has advised diverse clients across various industries, including prominent brands in optical retail with a network of 90 outlets spanning Peninsular Malaysia. He has also worked with a global retail brand originating from Japan, offering a wide range of lifestyle products, and a distinctive developer involved in establishing noteworthy developments.

Work Highlights

• Successfully represented a client in a high-stakes estate dispute involving assets valued at RM20 million, achieving legal victory for the client.
